Newsletter: coming soon
The newsletter is coming soon
When it launches, it will be one short email each week, on Monday, with the large public filings of the week (trades above $5M), each priced in US dollars and linked to its source. It will be free, and Patrick Taylor will send it.

No email goes out yet. Leave your address and we will email you once, to confirm, when the newsletter starts. You get nothing else until you confirm.
Privacy
We keep your email address, the time you signed up, the exact text you agreed to above, the version of this form, and the address of the page you signed up on. We do not keep your IP address. To stop abuse, the site counts sign-ups per connection for one hour using a salted hash of the IP address, and then the count expires.
The list is stored with Cloudflare, which runs this site. We use it only to send this newsletter. We do not sell or share it. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
Every email will have a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes your address. You can also delete it now with the form below, before anything is sent.
